Performance and salary reviews are held every six months in early February and August of each year. This provides an ideal opportunity for staff to discuss career paths and goals with the firm’s Directors.
We support staff through their studies and have a policy to reward any staff member who goes the “extra mile” with our clients.
We have a very active Social Club which arranges subsidised events each year. Popular events include, an annual Melbourne Cup lunch, ten pin bowling, twilight races, twilight sailing cruises, lawn bowls, croquet and regular social club dinners. These informal events provide an opportunity to relax and socialise with work colleagues.
In addition to the above, Tilbrook Rasheed hosts the annual June 30 Dinner for all staff and their partners, plus a celebratory Christmas Function for our team.
